[Resolved] Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — Service call for door lock not attended | |||
A service call from phone no. [protected] was made for repair of door lock (Main door, euro profile, aura-brass type lock)on 29.04.2016. Sms received from godrej indicated ticket no. 950255 and call no. G[protected]. No body till date attended the job. Now we have received an sms saying "your service call no. G[protected] is completed" where as nobody from your service cell has ever visited our house. Interestingly, godrej also provided a secret code to be shared with the technician if completely satisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||
