I had bought a ultra twin bolt 1ck satin nickle (8269) on 23rd june 2016 and put in a request for installation on 24th june (Regtrd no: [protected]). I stand now to say that till today (30th june) the lock has not been installed in my premises.
On 25th june i got a call from a certain "basha" which i missed (Since i was in a meeting). After calling half an hour later the man had the gall to say that it was "my problem" that i did not pick up the phone when he called. He then went on to say that the installation will only happen on monday.
Guess what? No one contacted me on monday (27th june)
Yesterday (28th june) some one called me and told that it will be done at 10:00 pm in the night, which firstly is completely wrong (10 pm is no time to go to peoples houses for servicing). So i told him to come today (30th of june) and he has not showed up in stipulated time he was supposed to come.
This is appalling service from a reputed company such as yours and i will strongly recommend my peers not to indulge in any business (When it comes to locks) with your compmany
