I had visited Godrej Hill Retreat Pune on July 25, 2021 and paid a Token amount of 50, 000 (reference-priority pass no P 574).
I was convinced by the sales person during my visit that the refund would be processed 15 days after I send a cancellation note. I had cancelled my token on August 17 2021 and I had sent a formal cancellation note.
However, I haven't received the refund yet nor I have received any communication. I had followed up with the sales person and the customer relationship manager but their is no clear response from their end.
