Adjustable invoice after compensation deduction for delay possession.

Sub: adjustable invoice after compensation deduction for delay possession of godrej prakriti, kapilash unit 1405 for the period of 01/07/2015 to 20/07/2018.
As per face to face discussion on 19th june 2018 at 11.20 am to 1.15pm with mr. Arun burman, m/s godrej properties ltd, marketing office, 187 f/1, b. T. Road, sodepur, kolkata – 700115 regarding inordinate delay possession, builder godrej pvt. Ltd respondent will provide late possession compensation @ 14 % as per exiting apex court sc order on 18th february, 2018 and will raise adjustable invoice.
I have not received adjustable invoice till date. However, i already served twice notice about interest of paid amount and rented accommodation charges for delay possession of builder owner dated 13th january, 2016 and 18th october, 2016 via registered speed post and e-mail communication dated 28th march, 2017 and 22 feb, 2018.
Please adjust following three charges and raise adjustable invoice earliest:
1. Interest of paid amount rupees twenty five lakh thirty six thousand and forty six only (Rs.25, 36, 046/-) for the period of 01/07/2015 to 20/07/2018 @ 14% is rs. 13, 84, 996/- (As per hon’ble supreme court order, 2017).
2. Waive of additional added gst charge with invoice (As it implies for only delay possession)
3. Rental quantified rs.5, 18, 000/-for housing rent for last 37 [protected]@rs.14, 000/-per month
Total adjustable amount (Rs. 13, 84, 996 + 5, 18, 000) = rs. 19, 02, 996/-
I have not received any reply/response for your end till now. We are looking forward adjustable invoice for final registration.
