My name is Suhail Shaikh I did booking for flat no.GCTHT11305 and GCTHT11306 in Tower 1 of The Highlands, at Godrej City” Panvel, (RERA Registration number P[protected]) Navi Mumbai, Maharastra. Due to pandemic I had to cancel my booking for flat no. GCTHT11305 only and requested refund of the booking amount which is around 211000 Indian Rupees. Godrej team agreed for the refund amount for flat no. 1305 in the month of May but still it is not being release to me.
I have chased the company on regular bases but it is always said to me that the amount of refund is under process, Accounts department has raised queries and sales team is replying. However I am failing to understand what kind of query Accounts Department has asked and Sales team is not able to reply from 6 months.
Below is the email which I received regarding the confirmation of the refund amount in month of May. Kindly help to release the refund amount on priority.

In the interim request you to share the payment reference of the payment due towards unit no 1306 as we were expecting the payment to be received by 1st week of June.
