Have made a booking of 1 bhk flat no-1009, tower-1 booked on 10'th nov 2018 at godrej city panvel, due to some urgent unavoidable personal medical issues had to cancel the booking, the same was communicated via email & phone to your sales manager mr. Sharan rohra.
Since then i have been following up regularly with your sales team & back office but no resolution on the same even after assurances that it will be looked after. Had also visited your office in godrejone last dec & was assured of possible resolution but nothing has again happened since then. Request you to arrange refund at earliest possible.

Booking (Token) amount of 2, 50, 000 inr paid (99, 000 inr paid from debit card + 1, 51, 000 inr paid via sbi cheque no-787331).
