I nadeem dhanse would like to address my issue with regards to my booking made for flat 207 in tower 10 of sky gardens godrej vihaa, badlapur project dated 14th october 2017 as a part of pre launch booking. It had been an attractive deal considering the pre launch offer and discount offered, however, the booking i wanted to make was in my name as first owner nadeem dhanse and the co applicant be my mother. As my mother was not along with me at the time of booking so i was being informed that the documents will be sent the very next day to my home address and the rest formalities be completed thereafter. No one happen to turned up on sunday dated 15th october 2017 and so since then i have been trying my best to get in touch with godrej executives but no one responded. Its been 17 days now and i still have received no communication from godrej team. I paid 45000/- as booking amount and thereafter godrej team is least bothered to address me which is what no one expects from a brand like godrej.
In these 17 days i tried to contact the godrej sales executives and also sent emails to customercare. [protected]@godrejproperties.com but no revert given as yet. When i contacted godrej properties customer support on [protected] to address my concern, the reply given was my booking has not been updated by the sales team and so they hav no record. I literally had to walk up to the sales office today dated 26 october 2017 and raise my complaint and only after which they sent an acknowledgment stating payment has been received. However, with this kind of service i donot wanna go ahead with my booking and want it cancelled immediately.
All i need is to cancel my booking right away and get my 45000/- credited back to my account. Was this information helpful? |
