I have booked a flat in Godrej Urban park by paying the booking amount of Rs.931, 410 on[protected].
Due to personal reasons I wanted to cancel the booking and hence informed the sales executive on 23rd March 2022 with in 3 days.
After that I was asked to sent an email and hence sent an email on 28th March 2022.
I am not getting any response from Godrej properties for the cancellation and refund of the amount paid by me. Was this information helpful? |

In addition to my yesterday's complaint, I wish to update the following:
My customer code is: 0010066972.
I have intimated about my decision to cancel the booking on 23-03-2022 i.e within 3 days after booking to the concerned sales executive Mr.Rollien over phone and then by email on 28th March 2022 to Mr.Amarpreet.
But till now no response received from Godrej properties.
Kindly cancel the booking and refund the full amount urgently.
