[Resolved] Godrej Properties — Cancellation of flat and refund the amount

As we had discussed, the property that we have booked with Godrej Garden City - Project Green Glades Flat No GGLC2101 Tower C2 on dated 27.07.2021 in the name of Ms. Mallika Arya was cancelled because Ms. Mallika Arya is an employee in Govt Bank (Union Bank of India) and as per the cost sheet provided by you can't give the loan required by us which results that the cash to be paid for the property is beyond our capacity.

Hence, we request you to kindly arrange to refund us the amount Rs.100001.00 as soon as possible.
