[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — channel partners cheated

Sir i have booked flat no. Gitt2b2103 in godrej infinity in mundhva, pune thru it's official partner address of choice agent name vivek singh as per commission basis, he promised me that if i have booked flat thru his company then he gave me commission as per contract between godrej and address of choice but later he refused it and told me that there is no connection between them. I have a proof that godrej have paid them as per agreement. His no. Is [protected] vivek singh. Shall i proceed further or not.

agreement date of possesion was Dec2016/mar2017. nobody is informing the current status of the project.
