Need your help and intervention here. I never buy a product without knowing its fact but it looks like I trusted Godrej and feel sorry for it.
Godrej WoodPark..Mamurdi Pune
I booked a plot in Godrej WoodPark, Mamurdi.PUNE.. A demo plot of 919ft was put up for show & has fron 20ft and width 45 ft hence i stretched my budget 10lacs more to buy 1082st plot to expect at least 24ft or 26ft in the front but in reality when i got the cost sheet the dimension alloted was 20x54 ft..
Yes 20ft x54 ft, Even after paying 10lac extra.. You can imagine, I need to construct a house not a train compartment, it will be like a tunnel with no proper sunlight or ventilation.
I requested RM Rishabh Pathela RM rishabh.[protected]@godrejproperties.com and CRM peter.[protected]@godrejproperties.com and sales Closing bhanu.[protected]@godrejproperties.com to consider my request as below.
1. Better give me a bigger dimension in front - Answer is NO, Not possible.
2. Gimme better pricing - Answer is NO, Not possible.
3. Cancel my Booking and refund my money - Answer is NO, Not possible.
4. CRM thinks he is the BOSS, Yes.. not allowing me to go above him, Not sharing any contacts of senior mgmt.
At the time of paying money they didnt disclose the dimensions.. once you pay 10%.. YOU are mere a BAKRA.. Showing No Interest to my queries, take approval on Draft form and claim it as duely signed application with forefiet clause to TRAP customer.. if i am not interested why should i buy, when the product after sales is not as expected. 60 Lacs is a financial commitment for me and if i want to enter into it i must be happy otherwise it doesn't make any sense in buying property as i am yet to get into Sale agreement and Register the Property.
I am doing rounds from 3months these guys have cornered me and not letting me to talk any senior guys, wat can i expect from a Top Brand like Godrej, whom should we trust if you ppl start playing with Integrity.
We Trust the core values on which this brand has come so far.. while booking there is no disclosure and suddenly after booking I get a bowl instead of plate.
I still have faith in Senior Leadership to resolve this. Need a solution.. if you still believe in customer service.
A frustrated Buyer...!!!
