I bought flat in Godrej Aqua Bangalore in 2020. Recently, I visited my Unit GQH2020 on 31st Jan 2020 and found that there is a garbage collection/processing centre constructed in front of Tower H. However, it was not there in the master plan or the 3D model of the project.
I request you to demolish the garbage collection/processing units from the location. It was never communicated to me that a garbage collection/processing unit would be constructed in front of Tower H.
I was promised that there would not be any structure in front of Tower H except visitor car parking and trees. This lowers the market value of the flat to the tune of 25% to 30%, no buyer or tenant would like to buy or rent the flat in front of the garbage collection/processing centre. Therefore, I can't take possession of flat H202 until the structure is removed from the location.
As you said over the call that some facilities can't be shown in the master plan but the same can be constructed anywhere i.e. electric transformer area also was not part of the master plan. However, if you look at the 3D model of the project, the electric transformer is clearly visible. Hence this argument can not be accepted.
Now Godrej saying that they can not remove garbage processing unit in front of my tower and charge 20% penalty if not taken possession on time.
