As discussed during the call - I was told that instead of charging me from the BU permission date now you will charge me from the booking date - I have discussed this with my lawyer and he told me that by-laws it should be calculated from the date of possession only. Before me, Godrej itself was the owner in that case Godrej has to bear all the amount/expenses before the possession date.
Another thing Yesterday, I have received the expenses sheet from the Carmel society proposers members in which I can see Godrej has calculated every-one in the same way - that means Godrej has calculated everyone since BU permission. I having the pdf copy and since in this forum we do have an option o[censored]ploading image so I am sharing the I image copy with you. I am not accepting calculating my maintenance from the Booking date and I will take this to the conumer court. Thanks.
