I am ankit sawant. I received a call from nishant and informed me about the project. He invited me to the site by committing pick and drop from home. On 26jan2018, i was picked up but for drop, he started making excuses. Not answering calls for at least 30 mins. On complaining, there was one staff who came and said you will have to wait for 2 hours (Smiling) inspite of car availability. Later i booked my own cab, which came in 2mins. This is fraud by godrej. His number and all details available with me. Beware of this cheats. It seems godrej has made by cheating common man.

Cancellation of my booking of apartment with refund of the booking amount paid
Dear Sir/ Ma'm,
It is with immense happiness that we had made a booking of an apartment with Godrej in their project Godrej Emerald on 04.07.2021. The apartment we had selected was 2101 in Tower 4.
An amount of Rs. 1 lakh was paid on the same day and an amount of Rs. 4 lakh was transferred on 05.07.2021.
It it with deep regret, we put forward the application for cancellation of the apartment, as we are not able to arrange the consolidated amount of Rs. 110 lakh within the stipulated time.
About 85% of the total amount has to be arranged by 02.10.2021, for which the sources we had anticipated could not be arranged by the time.
So, we humbly put forward our request to cancel the booking with refund of the amount paid till date, ie, Rs. 5 lakh.
The details of the payment made has been attached herewith for your reference.
