Sub: Compensation for delay Possession as per buyer’s agreement with builders of Godrej Prakriti, Kapilash Unit 1803
Dear Sir,
With reference to agreement executed between the builder Godrej Properties Ltd and buyer Mr. Saroj Kumar Banerjee and Mrs. Tania Banerjee above said unit flat Kapilash 1803 was suppose to give possession on Oct 2014. I borrowed home loan from [protected]@10.5 % and paid you as per agreement.
Except last instalment of Rs 194381.00, the entire total amount of all instalments already paid to you as per agreement
I already gave notice several times to your executive regarding interest paid of said amount, extra house rent due delay in possession, non availing income tax benefit and mental agony and harassment for late possession but I did not receive any suitable reply from your end till date.
Now LICHFL is also not ready to disburse the final amount of Rs 194381.00 unless the registration is complete . When I have requested M/s Godrej properties for arranging immediate possession & registration, your executive is asking me to pay the excess amount beyond our original agreement.
Please arrange to provide following two before final settlement of payment.
1. Interest of paid amount for the period of Oct 2014 to June 2018 @ 18% from the date of payment.
2. Waive of additional added GST charge with invoice (As it implies for only delay possession)
I am ready to provide balance amount if any after deduction with above two amounts against invoice for possession.
