[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — delay in delivery and raising invoice earlier than the schedule/milestone agreed

Godrej prakriti, annapurna building, kolkata is getting delayed year by year. New date provided is jul 2018. This is the 3rd time date is extended and no announcement on how to compensate the loss that we are doing because of this delay.
Also invoice are being raised without following the schedule agreed during allotment letter and during sale agreement. This is unfair trade practice and not expected such things from reputed builder like godrej. This is impacting trust that we have shown in the beginning.
