Godrej has received OC in JAN2022. Aqua team has failed to complete registration even after almost 7 months of receipt of OC.
It is heard that certain customers who have purchased very recently are given opportunity for registration and occupation. Whereas customers who have booked flat during launch period and paid 90% amount in one year back are still waiting.
Reply from Aqua team &RM is vague and not satisfactory. Request to look into the case by top management of Godrej properties. Was this information helpful? |
