(3) Assurance that Godrej Properties will undertake necessary measures to expedite the completion and handover of the flat, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
(4) Compensation for the inconvenience, financial strain, and mental distress caused by the prolonged delay and unethical interest charges.
