Sub: Compensation for delay Possession as per buyer’s agreement with builders of Godrej Prakriti, Kapilash Unit 1405
Dear Sir,
With reference to agreement executed between the builder Godrej Properties Ltd and buyer Mr. A Dikshit and Mrs. M Dikshit dated 01/03/2012 above said unit flat Kapilash 1405 will give possession on 30/12/2014. I borrowed home loan from State Bank of India @9.75% and paid you as per agreement.
The total amount of installment was paid Rs. 25.6 Lacs.
I already gave notice twice regarding interest paid of said amount and mental agony and harassment for late possession but I did not received any reply from your end till date.
Please arrange to provide following two before final settlement of payment.
1. Interest of paid amount for the period of 01/2014 to 06/2018 @ 18% from the date of payment.
2. Waive of additional added GST charge with invoice (As it implies for only delay possession)
I am ready to provide balance amount after deduction with above two amounts against invoice for possession.
