I have booked flat 906 in Juniper Tower Godrej Emerald on Dec 25th, 2018 by paying Rs. 1, 51, 000 as token amount.
Due to some personal and financial reasons, I dont want to continue the same.
I am not ready for the Registrations now, but when I contacted Godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (1.51Lakhs) will be forfeited.
If i am not taking somebody's product why should i pay for the amount? Is RERA can help in this scenario? I have all the email and sms details for making my case.
