I am a Godrej property owner and sharing my own experience. I am tired of chasing the Handover team to fix the issues and hence posting my experience here for others to learn.
1. Hollow Tiles: Literally all the tiles and marbles were hollow during Handover. Even after repeated complaints they didn't fix it to my satisfaction.
2. Safety: Hardware mostly used are of Godrej brand, and had quality issues. The bathroom latch/lock broke into 2 part within 30 days. And they refused to replace it, and what is seriously concerning that as per their Handover Manager more than 30 apartments are facing the same issue. Many in the Society (including me) were locked inside bathroom because of the latch issue. Serious safety concern.
3. Seepage: They have no idea on how to fix the seepage issues in the apartments. My bathroom still has seepage issue.
4. Cracks: The marbles and walls have started developing cracks within 3 months o[censored]se. Imagine the product quality they have used.
5. Maintenance: They started charging the maintenance much before the Flat was actually ready to live.
6. Wood Work: Literally all the doors have issues. Either there are cracks or Door Magnet is not working. Door Clips have holes at the joint with Wall. Wooden floor is not fixed properly and shakes badly
7. Water acccumulation/formation issue in bathroom
Lastly their Handover Team: This is the most unprofessional team, they like to make fancy stories on issues but would not pay any attention to the real issues. Even for minor things they will make you chase for months. Was this information helpful? |
