I would like to raise a formal customer grievance for the commitment given to me and I have been discussing with you for the same for more than a month now with no resolution.
I was told by Aditi Dhote and Parul while doing the booking that wall in the living room can be demolished after possession and hence we went for buying ‘Jodi’ flats. But now all of you are going back on your words.
We have also completed our payment for SDR and you have sent a demand note for next payment but my issue remain unsolved.
You brought in your supervisor who informed me that he will revert within 24 hours but there was no courtesy from any of you to even communicate back to me that you were delayed. Again after a week when I ping you, you mentioned you will speak to me on Monday 7th Mar’22.
Yesterday someone called Garima pinged me on WhatsApp and asked for my time. I had given two slots yesterday night 8.30 pm or 8 am today morning. I was first informed 8.30 pm yesterday was fine but then there was no call so then again I checked and I was informed for 8 am today morning. Even today morning no call as planned.
Are we really not serious about the customer and do you all feel it’s some child’s play to just inform the customer that I will call you and then after that don’t even bother to inform them for days together. I am really surprised if this is the behavior from Godrej employees as I had done purchase based on the brand value.
Request immediate resolution of this issue and I would not be interested to converse with any junior in the rank who does not have decision making authority and also do not want to discuss the issues again and again with multiple people you would want to bring on the call.
