There has been an indefinite delay in the handover of apartments in phase 3 (Tower s) of godrej e city, bangalore. Repeated attempts from our side in getting a confirmed and responsible response from godrej customer care has been futile.
The initial date of handover promised verbally while booking was december 2016... Which as is evident is long past.
Moreover the due date of handover has moved one month at a time from january 2017 onwards... To december 2017 and is yet unconfirmed as of today.
No one @godrej seems to be accountable for their actions nor do they appear to have any knowledge about the happenings in their company. They are horrible @ communications and customer service.
For out-station buyers like us it has become extremely difficult to get a valid, confirmed and honest response as there is no specific point of contact @ godrej e - city.
Can the higher ups please wake up and stop passing the buck around by coming out with proper answers.
Please don't ask to send queries to a centralized customer care call centre because that is nothing more than a eye wash that results in wastage of precious time and call charges for your customers. Was this information helpful? |
