[Resolved] Godrej Properties — Godrej Forest Grove - Mamurdi - Unable to get cancellation refund amount

We have cancelled the flat booking at Godrej forest grove Mamurdi in month of Feb’2020. We also have shared the signed cancellation form along with bank details to refund money. But till date we have not received any amount back. Tried to call Relationship manager assigned ( Ritesh ) multiple times l, but he is not receiving the calls.
