Godrej Properties — Godrej Hillside 2 (Pune) possession/allocation with major issues in the apartment

The unit is handed over in Unfinished and a “scrap” like condition in Godrej properties' Godrej Hillside2, Pune project.
Initially they emailed for the possession/handover on 26th March 2023 but then their representative kept postponing the possession date by 1 week every time. Finally we have got the apartment on 20th June 2023 and when we saw the apartment condition it was nothing less than a hell like apartment. It was totally scrapped unit that they have handed over.
1. plumbing work was pending
2. Windows glasses were not fitted properly
3. Doors were not opening/closing properly, not aligned to walls basically.
4. The worst part is that there is lot of water seepage / dripping from the ceiling.

We have immediately asked them to fix all issues but mainly the most critical one related to water seepage from the ceiling is what we have requested them to fix immediately.

It has been 1.5 months now and still the problem is not fixed. I am living in Canada and I have given POA to my friend's family, they are vising the Godrej hillside2 every weekends and finding no progress on the water seepage problem across the ceiling area and in the walls as well.

Also there is nobody on the site to make a note of the problems and taking accountability of the pending work.

During every visit their random representatives (they keep changing every week), are giving false commitments and asking to visit again in 7 -10 dat time but with next visit there is again NO progress have been made on the unfinished work.

I want to highlight few names here whom I have approached till date
1. Umesh Hinge (The crm person they have allocated to resolve my queries for the last 3 years)
2. Rashid Munshi (CRM person who is responsible for the possession/handover of the apartment)
3. Neha Pawar (1st leve Escalation manager)
4. Sandesh ( Another team leader from godrej hillside2)
5. Saurabh (Team leader or manager there)
6. Jessica Ann Lee & Sakshi sing (who have sold me the apartment in Jan 2020 )
and many more, i cant recollect names

Every time they are asking my friend to wait in the lobby/reception area but even after a long wait no one is attending their queries.

Every time they are giving mew excuses about the water leakage / seepage problem in my unit, moreover they have done lot more damage in ceiling while fixing the dripping problem. They have caused many new issues in the unit.

After we have got possession on 20th June 2023, We have finalized a tenant who is waiting for the apartment to be in a livable condition, but it is not happening at all. I am observing a financial loss of 22, 000 every month (expected monthly rent of my unit).

I and my friends are going through a lot of mental harassment from Godrej Properties (Godrej hillside2, Pune) team since last 2 months.

I have dialed many numbers, tried to initiate whatsapp chats many times, written many emails in last few months but never finding any positive response from them Godrej Management.
I am not sleeping during my last few nights (in Canada), just to talk with Godrej properties team during their INDIA office hours but nobody cares. My health is deteriorating and building lot of anxiety because I keep thinking of the Rs. 62L that I have spent on this 2BHK unit and what I have got from Godrej is nothing less than a scrapped Unit.

Now I am left with only one choice of filing a lawsuit against Godrej Hillside2, Pune. I want everyone to be punished who are mentally torturing me since last few months. I want justice, I want my unit in the expected, livable condition.

I need urgent help here.

It has been more than 2.5 months now and Godrej Hillside2 Pune is not able to rectify the problem of water seepage in my unit. So frustrating.
