[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — godrej infinity - fake and cheat

Godrej Security Solutions is 100% fraud company, They promise to provide service. But did not provide service but mislead of providing the closes service request, providing spurious reasons. [protected]@godrej.com do not even try to resolve issue. SR N[protected] closed saying the not approved the service charges, Again Raised Service Request N[protected], this SR is also closed stating the Rs3500 had not been approved. At the end of result of waiting more than 90Days, They do not provide service for the product range below Rs50, 000. My money hard earned, paid direct taxes before paying this amount. This is hard earned money.

It is almost cheating customers. If they do not provide duplicate key for certain period that they have to mention it.
My Rs50, 000 hard earned money is gone. I am week and senior citizen that I may not revenge . But One I teach a lesson.

I provided indemnity bond in the month of January-2021 for provide duplicate keys, but it is of no use.

Godrej is fast devolving into some kachchua chaap brand.

We figured that even project land can go missing in their projects.

For instance in Godrej Icon almost 31% project land is missing as per HRERA Gurugram's finding in one of the complaints.
