Handover took place in November 2020, and the snag list issues still remain unresolved. This includes MAJOR LEAKAGES NEAR ELECTRICAL POINTS. We have been been trying to follow up ever since. Our calls and mails are left unanswered. Proof of all leakages have been submitted, but till date nothing has been done. We have not gotten a chance to move in as entire ceiling and walls are covered in dampness. We are extremely disappointed and cannot believe its 'Godrej'. All mails have been sent to helpdesk.[protected]@godrejproperties.com. We can overlook all the minor discrepancies but WE CANNOT MOVE INTO A HOUSE THAT HAS LEAKAGES NEAR ELECTRICAL POINTS. IT CAN CAUSE FATALITIES. I have one point of contact who dodges calls, messages and even mails. I am making this complaint hoping I can get someone to resolve this on priority.
