Godrej Properties — Godrej Infinity Pune-Leakage issue in parking

I had invested in the Godrej Infinity Pune property when the property launched. As an NRI investor the brand name was enough for me to place my trust on the construction. However within a year of getting the possession we had leakage issue in our parking spot and no light.
I had raised complain with Godrej properties RM and have been following up for more than a year to fix this issue.
There was no cooperation from the Godrej team instead I had to go back and forth and send multiple follow up. The issue is still pending and there is still leakage. I am so disappointed with Godrej and the unprofessionalism I have seen to fix an issue which shouldn’t be in a new property.
