I have given a token amount of Rs: 50, 000 on 19th November 2021 to book a 3BHK flat at 'Godrej Meadows' in mahalunge, Pune.
I have requested for cancellation on 8th December 2021.
Booking details are as below -

Elite Pass: P-117 ED
Sales Representative - Megha
As per the refund policy, the said amount should have been credited within 15 days. But I have not received any refund.
I contact the sales representative she said she no longer work with Godrej.
also, I tried to reach out to pre-sales executives but their contact no is also not reachable.
I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible And update me on the same.
