Dear Godrej Team,
I would like to flag that my experience with Godrej investment so far has been very substandard. I have quite vast portfolio of real estate and commercial property, Godrej Nurture- Pune bought purely based on feedback from others on developer credibility.
I would request your management team to review below experience, putting yourself in my shoe and advise if this is the experience Godrej claims for its customer.
- I bought Godrej Nurture through Square yard on 10:90 plan and paid the requested money immediately in August 2020.
- During my Booking process I have raised very clear- I have no intention to travel and there is no one present in India, who I will request to head the registration on my behalf.
- I was assured it will be taken care with small nominal fee and a limited POA will be executed to complete registration process.
- By 2nd Sept 2020- I paid and settled all registration fee.
Mediocre Communications-
- Since sept I have sent several email- some of them is attached above.
- I even called and raised an official complained on very poor communication from assigned relationship manager.
- In last 6 month, I have been advised to deal to 3 relationship managers and one advocate. Sadly none of them was responding or shows interest to support.
- Ashwin advised to contact Pradeep, and speaking to Pradeep, he wanted to me speak to Ashwin and eventually no result.
- I have WhatsApp and text massages for record.
- I once received calls from your relationship manager, I may receive a survey and requested to flag their name or rate better. That made me laugh, knowing the situation.
- Now Durlabh new relationship manager has come on board and same thing has been flagged to him but it does not seems to move anywhere.
- Finally- 12 days back- Durlabh mentioned they no longer have option to arrange representative to complete my registration, I have to provide someone with POA to complete the registration in Pune.
As there is no support or assistance provided from Godrej team from last 6 month, I somehow arrange a person who could represent me in India. Based on my call today with Durlabh, I learned, if the registration is not completed by 31st march, the challan will expire and there will be regular charges I have to bare.
- As client it is fair to keep following up without any response ?
- If there was no intension of support, they would have made it clear 6 month back.
- No response of calls and mail is Godrej standard.
- Do you think as customer, I am wrong in any area, which I should keep in mind for my future investment.
- Due to incompetency of your associates, why customer has to bear extra charges.
- At one point I thought of raising on social platform, but again that is not my style and believe due to incompetency of few untrained associates company should not be deemed.
- Lastly, do you think this experience give me any confident to pursue any future investment with Godrej.
Sorry to maintain transparency of my concern, I have copied everyone who I have dealt during this process of pathetic service.
I would request Godrej management intervene and either guide me to complete my registration process without any additional cost or process my refund, which should also include registration fees or I may take this positively.
