[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — godrej properties channel partners cheated

I have booked flat no. Gitt2a0304 in godrej infinity in mundwa, pune through it's official partner address of choice agent name vivek singh as per commission basis, he promised me that if i have booked flat thru his company then he gave me commission as per contract between godrej and address of choice but later he refused. I have a proof that godrej have paid them as per agreement. I even have a credit note received from adressofchoice his no. Is [protected] vivek singh. Shall i proceed further or not.

I had booked a flat G-1501 in Godrej Nature Plus project in Gurgaon which I cancelled in March 2019.
It has been more than a month but I still have not received my refund.
Meanwhile at least seven mails have been sent to the company plus several verbal followups have also been do
