Sales team of Godrej Properties are using unfair practices to induce consumers to buy flats.
They do not disclose the approved layouts intentionally at the point of booking which have also not been disclosed on RERA space for this project. There are significant differences between the approved layouts and their marketing brochures which eventually makes difference in CARPET AREA which is indicated on agreement for sale. Please see attached the difference in layout.
In the approved layouts, there exists enclosed balcony area in the middle of living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms which is not considered a CARPET AREA but part of "EXCLUSIVE AREA" which is normally dedicated for balcony and Utility area only.
