Godrej Properties — Godrej Woods, Sector 43 - Fraud

I have booked a flat in Godrej Woods, Sector 43 Noida on 29th Sept 2022. My discussion with the sales representative Mr Rohit Malhotra started in 1st week of Sept and i showed my interest into buying the property.

On 9th Sept 2022, he gave me final discounted price and told me to transfer token amount so that he can book a booking under my name and reserve it. So same day i had transferred the amount to Godrej and since i told him i am traveling out of country so once i am back in country i will transfer rest of the balance booking amount which Godrej is asking for i:e 5%. So on 29th Oct i had transferred them balance amount which the sales representative messaged me on whatsapp.
On 29th Oct we signed all the relevant documents and cost sheet and their terms and conditions which are there and happily came back that we have booked the flat at Godrej Woods.
He told me after 20 days i will receive a Welcome Letter and Allotment Letter with all the details of the flat.
I didn't receive any call, email regarding my booking being made and no news from them for 20 days.

Now a week before i contacted them and asked where is the allotment letter because i didn't receive any documentation, so the sales person totally denied to accept the fact that he has done some booking and clearly saying on my face that "sorry sir our management didn't approve the price".

I dont understand, if you had to take approval from the management of the cost then you would have taken it long back and taken token money from us.

They called us to pay 5% booking amount, took all the documentation, given us small gift, took pictures and all and now they are saying sorry .. for what ??

What i could understand that its all fraud going on there because no such reputed builder can ask you to pay 5% booking amount and later say sorry we dont agree to on this price when you have already signed the cost sheet and documents. Its a clear fraudulent what these sales team are doing there.

We will wait for the answer from Godrej Properties and escalate this issue to higher authorities and hoping that their management issue relevant documents and an allotment letter soon to us otherwise i will report this to all social media, file an FIR against them.
