You have delayed in giving possession of Flats in Godrej101 Gurgaon by almost a year .
No compensation yet passed on to home buyer for the delay caused.
On top Godrej Properties is charging interest for delay in payment of one day, two day, four day etc...Old Sahukar mentality.
Interest charged 2% above the existing SBI MCLR (State Bank of India – Marginal cost of Fund Based Lending Rate) .
Godrej properties unfriendly and exploiting business practices should be known to all future home buyers..
You are exploiting retail home buyers by not giving possession in time and charging for delay if payment delay even for one day .. shame on you ..

I bought flat in F302 Godrej 101 Gurgaon.
Let em know if you could get my detail from your official repository and contact back.
I already escalated my case to your customer relation person regularly and they never called back to check .
Stop sending auto forward mail in response to consumer complain posted here in portal and strike for action immediately.
Very poor quality construction both in and outside building.
Ant holes visible in floor and wall tiles.
Black hand marks over various places on walls.
Tower lifts not ready for use.
Besides 100 complains, Godrej properties is not agreeing to waive of interest for delay in payment for one or two days.
Interest calculated 2% above SBI lending rates for delay in payment even for one day.
Godrej properties is showing Sahukar mentality of charging customer and not paying compensation for delay in possession.
Beside all the snag in completion of flat, Godrej properties has collected 100% payment along with 12 month advance maintenance .
Maintenance invoice is not clear of any calculation how the charges arrived and very much unilateral.
Maintenance invoice is raised as common area electrification charges, no detail or period mentioned in bill.
