I am an nri, living in dubai, booked godrej iconic 2002 apartment in may 2015, the property is still under construction.
I have several issues:
1. I booked the above property in 2015, and i signed and send the agreement via dhl courier, i have all proofs that the courier was delivered at the gurgaon office, but someone lost my agreement.
2. Since almost 1 year, i am chasing csr, sending so many emails regarding my agreement, and no one got back to me earlier. I had to make so many international calls to customer care, but all the time some one answered and said they will get back, but no one called me back. I even spoke with some manager on floor mr shiva, he also assured me he will call back but never did..
3. Finally, some one emailed on 29th nov 2017, stating that the new agreement is dispatched, without writing the courier details, courier company name, tracking number, no information was provided.
4. Again, several emails and calls were made, finally, on 5th dec 2017, ms manu - csr emailed me back, stating that the agreement is not yet dispatched, she will do it now.. And guess what, today is 18th december 2017, till not i have no idea where my agreement is. I called her several times, asking me to provide with the courier company dubai number, as its not on the website.. But she has not replied.
Now, major issues follows here...
1. Suddenly between all this, on 5th dec 2017, i get an email that my next installment of almost 94 lakhs rupees is due on 22nd december.
2, while booking, mr pulkith, clearly stated that i will receive 2 months prior notice for all my payments. And this is not done., also, this 40% was supposed to be due next year may 2018, as per the plan given to us, it is 5 months early..
3. I had to rush and apply for my bank loan at hdfc,, all had to be done in a tasteful situation.. All banks takes time to process loan as we know. I am waiting for my sanction letter and i am tracing for my agreement as bank will not disburse the loan amount without the agreement??
4. Again, i emailed so many times to csr, called customer service, to give me an extension for the payment. No one even bothered to reply back..
5. It is not right to give barely 17 days notification for your customer to arrange such a big amount.. This was clearly asked at the time and booking and mr. Pulkith assured me that they will send me various notifications, 2 month prior..
Extremely unprofessional behavior from the part of customer care. At the time of booking everyone is so nice, and after booking is done, you care a damn to the customers. I am shocked by all this.
I hope i will get a reply soon on this matter.
