I was having an issue with the utility door. I tried to reach out to the relationship manager and she is saying management said " they can't do anything'. I couldn't even use the sq. ft. area which I'm paying. Below are mail communications regarding the same. Not sure how can I resolve this issue.

If we open the utility door it will touch the washing machine and we need to close this door to access the washing machine. This looks like some engineering mistake ( I remember seeing some troll pic about engineering mistakes) Based on the door which we saw in 104 and 204 we won't be able to use the utility area completely. This door should be a sliding, split door, or it should be opened to the right sidewall.

The Door is done as shown in the Sale plan during sales. No changes to the same. We also had shown the same in our sample flat near marketing office.

We were too concerned utility door issue. And the answer which we received is not an acceptable one and it looks like unprofessional. It's like someone has done like that, so we will also do like that only.
Based on the current door we won't be able to use the square feet which we're paying for. This has to be resolved. It should be able to open close to any of the walls, or at least it should be split door which we can open to both sides.

I think my previous mail also started with the same sentence. Your answer regarding the utility door is not making sense. If someone has made some mistake, which doesn't mean others also follow the same. And if someone points out some mistake, you can't just reply by saying "they have done this way, so we'll also do the same." FYI, When we book apartment in Godrej24, there was no modal flat. If it was there we could have asked that time itself. (I think we booked on August 2019) Currently, we won't be able to use that much space which we're paying per sq. ft. Let me also start searching for other owners and checking with them too.
We saw only the floor plan when we book. It's really misguided us (attaching). It's like we can access the washing machine without closing the door. But when we visit the project, there is no space at all, the door is directly hitting the washing machine. Like we have to close the door to access washing machine.

We totally understand your concern. But please note, this is as per the original specification/design which was shared to you at the time of booking. Please find attached the floor plan (page 38) signed by you at the time of booking. We seek your understanding in this regards.

I accept that it was our mistake, we didn't check this door position but, if you look at the utility arrangement on that floor map (the same page that you mentioned) it was like you don't need to close the utility door to access washing machine (that's really misguided us). So we were thinking the door won't be that wide or the utility might be having space to access.
We accept that it was only our mistake not to check the area o[censored]tility or not check the door for the same (It was our first property, so we couldn't identify those things) But when we visited the property we got that it will be an issue). Not sure a builder like Godrej couldn't identify those things in the floor map itself. (it's not Godrej's first residential project). Finally, we were thinking that the builder will accept our feedback.
