We are the owner of flat in eden cluster, godrej garden city. This email is complaint regarding the issues which were highlighted during the pre handover flat inspection but are still not rectified even after months.
We have got the handover on 8th october 2018 after innumerable follow-ups post our inspection visit. It took exactly 50 long days from the date of inspection (18th august 2018) to handover the flat to us that too with unrectified issues on 8th october 2018.
During inspection we had asked the team about the issue with the front door as well. The door is not aligned properly and frame is inclined already. Project team & relationship manager communicated us that we can move in to the flat while the team will work on the rectifications and replace the whole door in coming 8-10 days. After taking regular follow-ups, we were just told that we will check on the status and will start work soon. We were provided with the same assurance and a revised deadline everytime that we will check. But we never received a sign or hope that this rectification work is ever picked up actually. Each of the commitments failed.
Its been more than 4 months passed to the handover (8/10/18 to 12/2/19) and still i am just sitting with an issue in the front door of my house and dissappointed with the incomplete and improper handover of the property. Even nobody from the team is bothered to give a call and check about the same.
I am sorry to say but the service quality of your company post sales is getting dissappointing day by day. Every one is busy conquering new customers while they are genuinely upsetting the old clients. Team must have forgotten the meaning of commitment.
