Dear godrej team.
I would like to highlight my concerns and problems that i am facing with your team member deependra singh (Manager - international sales). | have tried to resolve this issue without approaching you people but all looks in vain.
I was mis-sold the unit of godrej boulevard, which is in pune and after making the payment no one cares to solve the issue.
Please find the highlight of the issues mentioned below:
Mis-selling (The same is accepted by deependra singh please see the attachments attached the unit told me was different when i made the payment.)
Location (The location of the property was not communicated properly to me as being an nri i couldn't also go and check.)
Floor plan (The floor plan shown to me before making the booking payment was completely different to the one i got after payment was made.)
Refund (The godrej person deependra is always telling me i will email in 15 mins, 1 hour and then he says he will send confirmation for refund tomorrow he is very busy and occupied and has no time)
Pre - launch (It was told to its pre-launch you do not need to worry you money is safe it will come back)
Acceptance (I have never given any written, email or verbal confirmation for my acceptance neither signed any documents)
Harassment (Due to this issue my mental health is starting to deteriorate and my family is getting effected. Also, the environmental conditions here are bad due to covid - 19).
False commitment (The godrej person knows its his mistake still not treating a customer fairly and i am always emailing him and messaging for my issue.
As an nri its very difficult for me to come mumbai and meet you personally at your office given the current pandemic situation globally.
They are always forcing me to please take some other unit which is very evident in the emails attached.
I am really shocked and amazed to see this kind of behavior of godrej team person who is pushing and forcing the customer which is really not acceptable.
The godrej person said the refund will take 15 days but when i ask him to please write an email for the same he never did the same.
I know there are things and process which take time from your end to process but writing an email to a customer would be a most basic thing.
Things are really getting difficult for me as an individual ordinary person to get one simple email of refund from your team hence request your intervention ob this matter.
Because of this issue i am not being able to sleep well whereas i am no where wrong and being tortured a lot.
Before, escalating this issue to maha rera i thought to bring to your notice as being an nri customer i have faith in godrej family and team.
Request you to please go through the attachments it will give you an highlight and trouble which i have faced.
The payment was made on 27th march 2020 and mr. Deependra singh knows its a mis-selling and the same is accepted in the email which is attached above.
I am awaiting for your response on my problems and also let me know when can i get my refund.
