Godrej properties has started marketing and taking booking in pre launch for Vanaagan at Godrej garden Ahemdabad.
Basis my discussion with ur company executive mr Avinash, I was offered 1 bhk flat at Rs25.02 all inclusive (including levies, registration, maintenance deposit and others).
Basis the offer, I and my mother booked flat 901 and 902 at price of Rs25.02 lacs for each flat. The deal was done over phone in conference call where one o[censored]r selling agent Mr jay Prakash was also present on the call. The company executive mr Avinash confirmed the deal at the above price after checking with his superior mr mukesh and we were given token no 14 by sms of the company. The deal was confirmed at 7.14 pm.
After sending KYC documents and a copy of cheque for my mother, I receive a call from mr Avinash around 9.30 pm that he has made a mistake and the price is Rs26.27lacs for each flat. His superior have also asked him to convey the same to me.
He tried to convince me to agree to the price of 26.27 as a very good price, which I was not agreeable to pay and have offered to cancel the deal as it’s not at agreed price.
This is a clear cut case of mis-selling and going back on ur commitment.
My request, please stop mis-selling. if its the mistake on part of the company employee, let the company absorb the loss of it.
