Godrej Properties — Misfavouring and refund of booking amount rs 5.87 lac for two flats

I have booked two flat in Godrej property mahalunge with cp and he promised to give cash back benefit of rs 2 lakh but after getting the booking amount they are refusing and not picking the phone.
