This is regarding the upcoming project “Godrej Tranquil” in Kandivali East. I had visited the Property Exhibition on 4th June 2017 @ Growell Mall, Kandivali and booked an 1BHK . However, later I noted that the sales executive had made multiple misrepresentation using the trusted brand name of “Godrej” to mislead me and get the property booked.
1. It was explicitly told to me that there would be a tri-party agreement between Land Owner, Godrej Properties and the buyer, which now I understand is not the case.
2. Godrej is binded and cant step out of the project under any circumstances.
3. This is a new property launched by Godrej and RERA registration is pending due to some technical issue in the website
4. All payment will be made to Godrej as the Project name is “SMPL Godrej Tranquil”.
5. Initial application money of Rs.99, 000 was taken without informing that its non-refundable
6. Only one pager cost sheet is shown till the time application money is paid and then a bulky application form is shared for signoff, wherein its mentioned that its non-refundable.
7. The development agreement is registered and a notarized.
8. My application doesn’t have any photo and mandatory KYC documents as mentioned in the application (for both applicant and co-applicant). Still the application is processed and demand noted for further payments are issued.
Its being 1 month and I am following up with the sales executives. Now, either my phone calls are not picked ot the answer I am getting is there is no visibility of the complain status. Was this information helpful? |
