Godrej Properties — need my booking amount back

Address: Hinjewadi phase 1, 411057

I have booked flat in godrej 24 before 3 days, on october 8th, 2019, by paying rs. 3, 230, 00 as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder. Just the booking form we have filled.

Due to personal reasons, when i contacted godrej 24 to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount (3.23 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

Please assist to get refund of booking amount.
