Godrej Properties — No communication and OC deadlines missed

Based on records provided to me the OC for the Godrej Gold Link park lane was 14th June and since then there has been no communication from the relevant people.
Highlighting the person name : Simran Kumar ( Relationship manager)

Other than this person I have no way to contact anyone and this person does not respond.
