[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — No Parking to 218 owners/ Water Issues/ ITC not passback to customers

I GPL is pathetic Brand.
Do not buy properties with Godrej.
No respect to owners.

I booked Flat in Godrej 24, Hinjewadi.

1) Corporation water not provided By GPL. Instead Tanker water supply.

2) Possession late by 1 yr. Evn wen property is completed before 7 to 8 Months back.

3) Individual Parking not provided to 218 owners out of 815.

4) ITC passback not transferred to owners.
Comes under Anti profiteering norms/ Tax chori by brand like GPL.

5) Unprofessional behave and no respect to owners.

OC received on March 2020, Still possession Delayed intentionally.

# Pathetic Builder.
# Parking Issues.
# GST Issues.
# Unesassary Interest Charged before Agreement registration.
# lot Of complaints in project related quality.
# RM and GPL Team Dosen't have time for Customer. Most of time many GPL people on Leave.
# Service quality is "0"
# I am Banker take care of Loan. I found GPL is most pathetic and Arrogant builder
