Godrej Properties — non refund of booking amount

I have booked a flat in godrej greens undri, pune by depositing booking ammount ruppes one lac on 29/12/2016. I cancelled my booking in february 2017 & requested to refund the booking ammount. Mailed to concerned authority. Communicated by mail & on phone. They confirmed cancellation but denied to refund the booking ammount.
My receipt no: p/c #[protected] receipt date : 29.12.2016
Please look in this matter & refund my booking ammount ruppes one lac immediately.
