My name is Vishal Shinde and I am writing this complaint to get refund of rupees 50, 000/-.
Godrej Forest Grove, Pune.
A3 1102 which is a Garden facing 2BHK unit

I am working in abroad and contacted to Godrej Pune and sales team showed price is going to rise from tomorrow and said you need to book the flat unit today only in order to get advantage of the lower price.
I had given token amount 50, 000/- for Godrej Forest Grove, Pune.
I were totally confused but the sales team rushed us to make the payment the same night. I made a payment of rupees 50000/-.
Sales Team said - This token amount of Rs.50, 000/- is 100% refundable in case you do not wish to proceed with the booking for any reason, refund will be processed within 15 working days.
(I have Email mentioned the same)
Due to some personal reasons, we decided to cancel the booking in next few days. We informed the sales team that we need to cancel the booking and do not want to go ahead with purchase and agreement.
Now more than 3 month over since then i am keep following up sending them messages and emails but from Godrej team i didn't get any feedback.
Being a reputed brand why Godrej is doing such kind of job?
Being an NRI is that very hard to get refund?
why Godrej harassing to the customer?
I trust on Godrej is that my fault?
I need urgent help.
