With reference to my booking of the Flat in Godrej Hill Retreat, I have come across the fraud made by your Sales People both Rushikesh & Tanya Chaurasia, who are typically acting like Sales People after doing the selling part .I am reaching to you with full confidence since you are the Manager for them .
When I booked the Flat an amount of INR 12500 was promised by Ms Tanya & Rushikesh in terms of Gold voucher, which very smartly they did not give in writing, but I believed them since the transaction was for 70 lacs .Now after almost 6 months of booking, I still have not received the Gold voucher, last when I enquired with Rushikesh, he mentioned that once you complete the registry you will get the same within 15 days . The registry has already been completed on 9th Nov 2021 and still I have not received any Gold voucher from Godrej .Again on following with Ms Tanya, she puts the responsibility to Rushikesh and after strong follow up shae gives all the excuses like i am on medical leave, Continuously following with Rushikesh, who has been promising the same from last 15 days and now i don't see any response and he has stop taking my calls .Is this the Professional Approach of Godrej .Let me have the resolution of the same or else I will escalate the same to the highest level in Godrej and also will bring the same in social media and grievance cell, if no positive reply is received within the next 2 days .Enclosed a few chats recently with Ms Tanya and Rushikesh .Also such Sales people are damaging the image of Godrej brand, don't prompt me to go to your Board members or MD/CEO etc .
