Subject : Regarding providing details of actual outstanding amount of GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE and ON OFFER OF POSSESSION of VILLA NO- V2003 to be purchased in Godrej Golf Links Project.
Sir,
It is requested that I buy Villa No. V-2003 at Godrej Golf Links Greater Noida as a resale from Shri Taposh Vishwas through an agreement, so the original allottee of the said villa, Shri Taposh Vishwas, has till now Through three installments total of Rs 10, 509, 390 has given to the builder been. In this sequence, the fourth installment 3503130 has been demanded by the builder. Because on 10/10/2021, it was decided through an agreement that in order to purchase the said villa, the liability of the fourth installment and the total amount demanded by the builder at the time of possession will be paid by me. In this sequence, on 16/10/2021, the joint Request Form Transferor and Transferee for transfer of the Allotment application in front of the CRM (Simran Kumar) of the sales team of Godrej Golf Links was done with attested signatures of both the parties and notarized stamp paper, copy of which has been kept safe by me. At that time when CRM Simran Kumar was asked by me how much money I would have to pay to the builder at the time of possession, he verbally told me that about 2500000 rupees you will have to pay . After that on the date 11/11/2021, it was told by him through STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT that I (Vivekanand) new buyer will have the time of possession Rs.3503130 pay/- at. Again by making a final seat ON OFFER OF POSSESSION and asked to tell the total gross outstanding amount, then through an excel sheet 36, 25, 304 the amount was given by him. In this way, when the discrepancies found repeatedly in the outstanding amount were noticed, then on a letterhead by me and my bank State Bank of India, a clear GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE seat of the said villa in which all types of government charges and other CHARGES are clear. Referring to ON OFFER OF POSSESSION, the amount was asked to be mentioned. Then by the CRM madam, 3749477 RsON OFFER OF POSSESSION was given in writing on the letter head of AR LAND CRAFT. Again the objection was filed by the bank and me that this seat can never be considered as GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE because different types of OTHER CHARGES and GST were found recorded in other cost sheets. Again CRM with variation in the signature on the letter head by SIMRAN KUMAR is provided on a new cost sheet which it was assumed that now the ON OFFER OF POSSESSION amount would be 42, 39, 654 as Outstanding. Also, on that letterhead, the total purchase price of V-2003 villa with all types of taxes Rs 1, 82, 52, 174 has been stated as.

Thus, 5 times different amounts were reported to be outstanding at the time of ON OFFER OF POSSESSION by the sales team of the builder. Also, in the letter head on which the details of the GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE i.e. the total actual purchase price of the said property was given, a difference was found in the signature of the issuer, which appears that the provided by the said builder is GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE seat misleading and the consumer can be considered a completely stupid person. An objection has been filed by me that in this GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE SHEET, I am still entitled to be taken by the said builder pay OTHER CHARGES ( INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGES & POWER BACK UP CHARGES, METER CHARGES, DUAL METER CHARGES, COMMUNITY CENTRE MEMBERSHIP etc.) As mentioned in other cast sheets and on the official website of Godrej Golf Links Crest.
Thus, in view of the above developments, I would like to humbly request Sir for the last time on this forum that theof the said villa GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLEshould be clarified with immediate effect and make sure to provide the outstanding amount of ON OFFER OF POSSESSION on the verified letterhead. . So that the demanded fourth installment of the builder 3503130 can be paid and the Indian Overseas Bank loan amount 6400000 / rupees can also be paid by SBI Bank in time. If I fail to buy the said VILLA due to the delay in the above events, then in such a situation the said builder is liable to mislead a conscious consumer and deprive him of his fundamental rights like demanding GROSS AMOUNT PAYABLE SEAT of the said villa V2 003. Also the builder will have to provide a VILLA FREE OF COST in the same project in order to compensate him for the severe mental torture he has gone through.
