[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — Refund and Cancellation of Flat Booking

I have booked a flat in Godrej Zest Bangalore (GDETRA2304), 22/06/2020 by paying of Rs. 1, 00000/- as token amount (10% of down payment of the property rate Rs.7, 17, 000). Due to personal reasons, When I contacted Godrej Property to cancel my booking, there is no refund policy from Godrej. They not at all bothered about the customer concerns rather than the builder Regional Manager is asking that the entire amount of Rs.8, 17, 000 will be forfeited and considered as cancellation charges.

I have booked 2BHK in Godrej Zest Bangalore through their authorized channel partner Square yard and they had promised me some gift voucher & Credit note with cash back amount but after sometime the sales executive from square yard had left the company now since then I am keep following with both Godrej and Square yard but didn't get answering satisfactory response. Even earlier in between our interaction with Square yard, one manager had offered us for gift voucher but no response.
The company never fulfil any promise made to customer once the customer pay the booking amount no body bothers to even response which puts the customer in unnecessary trouble & being cheated.
Rukshar Parveen, Anisha & Debayaan Cheated me and gave me fake promises about the gift voucher+credit note discount after initial payment.

Please assist to get refund of booking amount and termination of flat booking.
