Godrej Properties — Refund of booking amount consumer name:sagar sable

Property Name: Godrej Meadows
Location:Mahalunge

I have booked flat no 0201 in tower 5 on 26th june 2022 with the token amount of 100000 rupees.I swiped credit card for payment. Unfortunately because of some person reason i need to cancelled the flat booking, i informed same to sales manager over phone conversation.

I got reply from sales representative that my amount will be forfeited

Can you please look into this
